About Caroline’s Residential Care
Caroline’s, a residential care home, offers a home-like setting while providing quality and assisted living services in the comfort of a friendly and family atmosphere. Located in East Haven, Connecticut, we are centrally located on the Connecticut shoreline and within walking distance of local businesses and beaches. We have been licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health since 1999.
Caroline’s strives to serve the needs of individuals who can and want to live independently but require some assistance with their daily living activities. Our goal is to offer individuals the freedom and comforts of a home with round the clock care and support.
For those that need further medical support or home care services, Caroline’s is proud to partner with Yale Home Care and other home care agencies. These relationships afford the residents of Caroline’s the comfort of knowing that they can receive medical assistance if necessary, without the burden of leaving their home.

Our Founder
Our founder, Tim Conroy, Jr., has been actively managing residential care facilities for over twenty years. Tim grew up in and around the facilities his grandmother and parents established in 1973. Under their watchful eye, he learned the importance of caring for those in need. As a result, in 1999, after more than ten years of managing his parents facilities, he established Caroline’s, which he named after his first-born daughter. As a compassionate and caring person, Tim views all residents as an extension of his own family, which he so cherishes. Having vast knowledge and the needs of Connecticut residents, Tim has made Caroline’s one of the most sought after facilities on the shoreline region.
